The Human Resources Manager is responsible for the function of the Human Resources Department and overseeing administration of hiring, retention, termination, personnel records, legal compliance, compensation benefits and long-term staffing strategies.  This individual will have a wide range of duties including but not limited to recommending and implementing cost effective and competitive benefits programs, development and administration of personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure, and programs for employee training, safety, health and morale.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration with HR minor
  • Over five years of experience in Human Resources and supervisory responsibilities
  • Knowledge of laws affecting human resources administration
  • Demonstrated management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and proficiency MS Word, Excel, and Outlook applications
