The Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations and services for all Bank locations. This individual will have a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, waste disposal, recycling, utilities, cleaning, grounds keeping, and building appearance. The position requires the ability to perform certain routine repairs related to building maintenance, and manage contractors for more complex projects.
