The Facilities Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing building operations and services for all Bank locations. This individual will have a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, waste disposal, recycling, utilities, cleaning, grounds keeping, and building appearance. The position requires the ability to perform certain routine repairs related to building maintenance, and manage contractors for more complex projects.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of basic maintenance skills
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively work with users at all levels of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including successful verbal and written communication with customers, employees and vendors
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds
  • 5 years of experience in a maintenance or construction role
