We have enhanced our service with the latest features to ensure you receive the best possible service and security. Due to this upgrade, you will need to update how you access your accounts:

1. AS OF MAY 13, YOU WILL NEED TO ESTABLISH 'NEW USER' ACCESS SETTINGS. Due to our recent upgrade, every JBT telephone banking customer will become a New User when calling 888-850-5282 for the first time beginning May 13. To set up your access select menu option 1 (account information); then:

A) ENTER YOUR JBT ACCOUNT NUMBER.

B) ENTER THE LAST FOUR DIGITS OF YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER (SSN). Or if you are a business customer, please use the last 4 digits of the Employer Identification Number (EIN).

C) ESTABLISH YOUR NEW PIN. You may choose any four digits you prefer. Please avoid using easy-to-guess digits such as repeats, sequences, house numbers, SSNs or telephone numbers.

Once your new settings are accepted, you'll be ready to bank! From then on, every time you call into the JBT 24-hour access line, you'll be prompted to enter your Account Number, the last four SSN/EIN digits, and your PIN.
